About You (The Ideal Candidate)
- You: You enjoy the idea and practice of communicating with clients, understanding their “idea requests”, and delegating them as projects to team members (with follow-up + checking) to make sure their ideas are made into a reality and with a high level of quality. You like making people happy while keeping everything ordered and organized (Is anything late? Is each project on track? Is this what the client was looking to accomplish?).
- You and The Work: You like learning new marketing / web tools (though we also have Support Developers to do most of the work). You consider yourself an expert communicator through text / live chat (professional, no typos). You are clear and friendly. You have a positive, client-focused, collaborative attitude.
- Your Experience / Knowledge: The most common types of tasks are fairly well defined and similar, but each client’s business and requirements are different. You like this and you have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager and/or Customer Support. The ideal candidate is never “confused” and is a tech-savvy, tech-comfortable person with a service-oriented, problem-solver mindset.

While prior experience as a Project Manager and experience with web design projects/use of various web apps (e.g. Active Campaign, Zapier, etc.). is a bonus, it’s not a hard requirement. If you’re diligent, process-oriented, self-directed, and a detailed person who can always “figure it out”, you may just be the perfect fit for the team.

We’re growing fast looking for a few amazing Project Managers to join us full-time on this Journey who will add to our “atmosphere of coolness.”
Will it be you?
- You: You love learning about and working with various ad platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Youtube), you like working and communicating with fellow team members to help a client’s marketing ideas to be “made real”. You’re a pro at managing ad budgets and making suggestions for how to improve ads and conversion performance. Auditing a campaign? Setting up a new campaign? No problem, you can do that blindfolded. Making it convert? You’ve got ideas—though strategy isn’t your focus. You’re always up to date on new ad platform policies and you’re very open to learning new ad tools and platforms. You are simply a MASTER at researching to find and target the Right People who are the Perfect Match for a client’s funnel / campaign.
- You and The Work: Day to day you’ll receive tasks from Project Managers who handle most of client communications. Occasionally, you might communicate with clients if needed to solve a specific issue and for faster communication. Tasks are straightforward if you are diligent. Most common examples include: researching a target market, making ad recommendations, optimizing existing campaigns, setting up a new campaign, setting up tracking and conversion goals, keyword research and auditing ad campaigns. You’ll communicate through live chat daily with team members. Responsiveness is key.
- Your Experience / Knowledge: 3+ years experience and it’s definitely a plus if you have third party certifications. Ideally, you have experience with all the top major ad platforms (Facebook, Google and LinkedIn).

Requirements
- At least 1 year Project management experience. Relevant professional experience (e.g. customer service, sales) is a plus
- Type of projects managed must be one of these: digital marketing, web development, web design, ads campaign, or email marketing.
- Must be reliable, diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key.
- Must have excellent written and verbal English skills for communicating with Growbo's customers
- Must have a reliable, stable, and fast internet connection.

- Must be friendly, diligent, and enjoy working within a proven process, and recurring daily workflow.
- Comfortable working virtually and being self-directed.
- Must be available to work during normal business hours i.e. between 9 am and 5 pm EST (New York Time), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Reading and following our training (details and consistency matter) as well as working to improve it over time.
- Provide client updates via the Growbo app and/or email.
- Collaborate / delegate tasks to other team members.
- Attend daily team meetings and participate with constructive ideas.
- Spot check work quality of the developers, copywriters, and designers.
- Learn and use various creative and marketing apps to roll out new landing pages, pop-up, email sequences, paid ads for traffic, etc. for client accounts.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate with constructive ideas.
Responsibilities
- Reading our training page, collaborate / delegate to other team members, and follow our process
- Create tests, measure and optimize ads in an ongoing basis
- Optimize campaigns based on budget, goals, review of conversion results, keyword research and other parameters
- Audit ad campaigns and recommend steps to optimize them
- Research, drive relevant traffic and track results
- Offer ideas to improve ads / campaigns and work with the team in optimizing the copy or landing page.
- Attend weekly team meetings via video and participate with constructive ideas
- Fill out a daily and/or weekly checklist
