About You
(The Ideal Candidate)
- You: You have a creative mind! You can visualize what a page or an ad looks like while reading the copy. You know how to attract a casual visitor's attention and keep him on the page, or convince a lead to take the next step. You stick to what works (following templates and best practices), but you spin it to create the pages more effectively. You are conscious of the quality of the work you produce, so confirm the checklist for the project managers. You want to make a difference by providing outstanding client service for the best user experience.
- You and The Work: As a Designer, you love to apply your creativity to your valued use, and here at AutoGrow, you can do this by helping your customers achieve their marketing goals - more downloads, increase conversions, increase sales - through your designs. Your goal is to contribute to a company's branding through landing pages, lead magnets, images for social media you will design. You like to balance imagination and work with checklists and templates, because organization makes you even more creative.
- Your Experience / Knowledge: You have at least 1-year of experience as a Website Designer with a working knowledge on front-end development. You can easily create pages on different websites or page builders (some need a bit of getting used to). You have a positive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You are GREAT at communicating messages through your designs, but you also communicate with other team members. You are customer-oriented with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements
Here’s what we’re looking for
- Experience in website design using Beaver Builder
- Experience in website design: landing pages, logos, images for social media ads, custom designs for download incentive (i.e., lead magnets)
- Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery)
- Proficiency in CMS like WordPress and Shopify.
Knowledge in tools like Leadpages, Elementor ( Elementor Pro), BeaverBuilder, Divi, Kajabi, WooCommerce, WPBakery, WP Forms, and ClickFunnels. - It's a plus if you have UX background and have worked with Envato Elements
- Must have a reliable, stable internet connection
- Must be reliable, diligent, and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating is key
- Must be technically savvy enough to be comfortable learning and using new software (we use our own web application for project management)
- Customer-focused attitude and follow specific directions every week via our checklists, templates, and other instructional media used to operate the business
- Has the ability to work with custom code inside pagebuilder to enable functions not possible with the native settings.
- Can create FIGMA templates with frontend mindset and convert FIGMA files into landingpages through the most common pagebuilders
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to meet deadlines
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset; able to consider tactical details and think on a strategic level
- Must be available to work during regular business hours, i.e., between 9 am and 5 pm EST (New York Time), Monday - Friday.
- Must complete a skill test and 2-week training as documented on our wiki, as given by our assistant
