An Active Task is any single task or activity delegated by you to your Growbo team (e.g., connecting Zapier to a CRM, writing landing page copy, designing a landing page’s visuals and layout, designing a logo, etc.). If you see us using the word “project” here, a project is simply a group of tasks.

The more Active Tasks in your package, the faster we can get work done and complete your projects over the same period of time because we can work on them in parallel (2X on Run vs. 10X on Teleport).

Our Fly clients receive the fastest turnaround time of 0-1 business days for most task deliverables (e.g., first draft of copy, design concept, completion of a development task).

Our Drive clients receive a faster turnaround of 1 business day for most task deliverables, and our Run clients get fast turnaround times of 1-2 business days for most task deliverables.

The speed and type of work we do are based on which monthly subscription package you sign up for. Teleport is your best value for both—you get the fastest turnaround and access to our full suite of services.

In case you have any special design preferences or you want a copy draft revised, no problem. You also get unlimited revisions, so we’ll keep polishing until you say, “Boy, that baby shines like a diamond!”

And last but not least, you also get unlimited brand profiles in case you have multiple businesses, websites, or if you’re an agency and want to keep work for each client separate.

A LOT. But it depends mostly on which package you sign up for and how much work you delegate to us.

See the chart above to see what tasks you can delegate to Growbo. If you have the Teleport package, you can have 10 tasks working concurrently done in a day! That means you could have an entire sales funnel completed in a matter of days. Of course, with the Fly or Run packages, your projects will take longer, but even then, in three months we can accomplish a great deal—450 simple tasks on the Fly package. That amounts to numerous major projects like WordPress websites or full sales funnels being completed in a three-month period.

And remember, you can delegate unlimited requests (individual tasks or whole projects), and you get unlimited revisions and unlimited brand profiles included too.

Depending on the package you sign up for and the complexity of your funnel, the time to complete all assets and launch your funnel can vary. Each package has a different number of Active Tasks. In our Teleport package, we can do 10 at a time; in the Fly package, we can do five; and in our Run package, two at a time.

For example, in a simple lead generation funnel, we can complete the assets in as few as nine days or up to about six weeks, depending on the package you choose.
